Starkmacher Impact acts as a lead applicant or project partner for international Erasmus+ education projects designed to create new perspectives for the economy of tomorrow. Our focus lies in fostering a young, impactful, and sustainable business landscape across Europe.
Our projects specifically strengthen competencies in key transformation fields - from digital innovation and environmental sustainability to values-based ESG business models. In this way, we support stakeholders in integrating social responsibility directly into their corporate value creation and strengthening the common good in the long term.

Starkmacher Impact agitates as an applicant for Erasmus education projects that aim to create new perspectives for consulting agencies to promote a young, impactful and sustainable economy. One example is the project "Digital & Green - New perspectives for consulting agencies to promote a young and impactful economy in Europe", which aims to strengthen consulting capacities for companies, especially in the field of digital innovations and environmental sustainability. By developing training materials, training concepts and other initiatives, consulting agencies are empowered to support companies in developing and implementing ecologically and socially responsible business models.

In addition, Starkmacher Impact offers consulting services to strengthen the internal capacities of other organizations and support them in applying for, for example, Erasmus Plus funding. An example project in this area is "EPIC - Enabling positive intrafamily communication", which supports five organizations in Europe in developing effective communication strategies for families, especially against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic. By providing training programs, training for non-governmental organization staff and multiplier events, the project aims to strengthen the skills and competencies of other organizations in the field of family education and promote positive societal impact.
